DCM Collection Agency Management System (CA) is a Collection Tracking, Billing, Accounting and Financial Management Software for debt collection agencies. Each debtor with multiple outstanding accounts is tracked separately and every debtor s details and accounts can be directly imported using the import feature thereby reducing the tedious task of manual entry. The personalized Collection Activities Tracking feature helps collection agents to organize their own individual activities. The collection agents are presented with a list of debtors to work on and the list of reminders to follow-up with the debtors. The Inactivity Alert feature helps the supervisor or manager to monitor their collection agents. Once the minimum period of inactivity set for each debtor account has exceeded, the supervisor or manager will be automatically alerted of such accounts.
