Version: DAZ Studio 2.2.2.20
Pros: I need to sit down and study this. It looks very interesting, the figures are very realistic and I'd like to learn how to make and animate them.
Cons: Seems to be a lot of selling going on - not that you have to buy. At least I don't think so.

Pros: Free!
Seems faster than Poser4. Theres OpenGL in Daz, not sure about Poser.
Interface is great for the TONS of settings.
Free figures are superb, digitized from living models.
Lots of free content.
Imports from lots of 3D formats including all Poser filetypes.
Exports to .obj for use with poseray, povray, etc.
Cons: Not a con, just a wish-list:
Export figure's skeleton to Poser, not just one big posed obj.
(but I think you can MAKE a skel from there.
Could use some controls for shaders.
Wish Daz had all of Posers export types.

Pros: None that I found
Cons: Confusing interface for novice. Basic starter figures were non-existent. One could spend HUGE $$$ and have very little in the way of variety with this product. May have a market somewhere, but not in my world. Junk product for me. Uninstalled program. Needs a zero star rating.

Pros: No idea.
Cons: I've downloaded the app, but totally don't know what it could do. It is not like Sketchup which provides you with tutorials. You will be lost. You need to purchase features like expressions, movement, clothing etc.
Don't waste your time. It could be the best app, but you won't know how to use it.
