It's true, that version is infected, and it will cause severe damages to your partitions as it contain a rootkit virus that attemps to override the bootloader of your OS in the 1st partition of the 1st disk, but breaks completely and will make your system completely unusable when corrupting that partition table.
Several antivirus are reportng this file as very suspect: during the installation, it will download additional files after contacting a refirected website, that has been infected.
The download file itself is not directly infected, but the installation method is insecure as it depends on an external website that has been compromized. Notably, it will immediately detect an update to another version that will be replacing the files really being installed. -
I can tell you must be new with technology, mainly because you have a Dell... and relied on their tech support.
If you have the knowledge to be able to use this, you should know how to recover your files easily. I assume you didn't understand how to use this and ended up emulating a disc that wrote over crucial files or you had a virus-laced ISO.
Unless you can provide some scan logs showing it has a virus, don't make outrageous claims.
