"monitor what a user prints"

I was looking for a tool that monitors all printing activities and give me specific info on users who are printing and what they printed. It seems like everyone in the company was printing all emails and notes, and the supply account is consumed by the middle of the month. This tool provides me indeed the information I need, I have implemented this solution a few days back and so far is working ok. Hope my bosses will be please do see the reports

Well, I am a computer monitoring freak, who monitors every move of his employees’ activity. Now I have been trying to monitor all printing activity in the company because during the last period, paper and toner were fast over and new ones had to be bought. So far i am very pleased with the evaluation

This tool is a very profitable one through what it does, it monitors all printers of the network I manage, and provides me the information I need on implementing a printing policy, meaning no more employees printing all kind of stupid useless materials. Anyway, costs are also monitored so that I can have a clear image on what printing means in money.

Reducing printing costs has always been a problem for me, did not know who printed, what printed, how many pages have been printed. This tool gives me all the necessary information I need to have a clear image on what happens over the whole 20 computer network. Gladly recommend it for all those interested in printing monitoring
