The server (network based or cloud based) collects and processes the data received from the clients and shows statistics with the aid of a web interface. Cyclope totally respects the employees' privacy as it only records the titles of the used windows and none of the typed content, nor screen captures. Although it offers a rich experience regarding its functionality, the Cyclope application is straight forward, easy to be managed by any of the designed administrators. Another important advantage that Cyclope provides is the capability to export any report in the most frequently used formats (pdf, xls) and also e-mail the desired reports to several defined e-mail addresses.
