Version: CyberScrub Privacy Suite 5.1
"Privacy Suite doesn't work with Windows 7. Poor service"
Pros: Previous version were OK.
Cons: Did not remove history and temporary files as expected. Cleared 150 mb of history then wiped 5gb of shaddow copies. Just not possible. Instead it wiped some of different programs/software then stopped working correctly. After sales service -TERRIBLE
Summary: If have used the privacy suite for several years. Then it went crazy.Would not delete history.I kept getting meaningless online messages. I bought a new download at the same time as I installed windows 7. What a disaster.I submetted a support ticket explaining the problem and asked for a refund. I uninstalled the program. But parts still remained. I reinstalled the newest version and it did not ask for input of serial number. Evidencing that the core remained on the hard drive. service people did not read the support ticket, but kept responding with prepared answers .In desperation I formarted the hard drive and a complete new installation of windows 7 and other software. I reloaded the newer version of privacy suite and it still began playing havoc with the other operating system. I sent in a new support ticket and they still would not refund my money. Instaed they wanted to get into my computer from there site to check the problem.
With so much trouble from this company, who would let them access to your system from their overseas company. Especially if you have sensitive and personal information business information.
Updated on Dec 4, 2009The CYBERSCRUB website does have a section explaing the exhausting method of deleting Privacy Suite proir to a clean install. If you understand the process and complete it successfully, then they claim it will work with a new / clean install..
My sincere apologies if I led anyone astray.
The task is just too difficult for an average person such as me.

I am a CyberScrub Representative. CyberScrub Privacy Suite 5.1 is not compatible with Windows 7. We have not advertised it anywhere as compatible with Windows 7. We are still testing our product and are modifying it to make sure that all the traces of new Windows 7 OS are removed securely. So if the product does not work on Windows 7 then the only reason is that it is not Windows 7 compatible yet.
I would suggest that you create a new ticket and mention all the issues you have and we will address them accordingly. Or we can have a remote session to see what is happening and if we cannot resolve the issue then we will refund your full order price.
We offer trial of our product so that the users can try and then they can decide on their purchase. We at least should be given one opportunity to resolve your issue, if we are not able to help you we will refund your order.
