Version: CyberScrub Privacy Suite Professional 4
"RUN AWAY, AS FAST AS YOU CAN"
Pros: Fairly easy to use, wipes a lot of Data (I Think - but who really knows).
Cons: Don't bother purchasing this software as it has a very limited Licence - Pay up to $60 for this product, install it - have a system crash - tough luck, lost program, lost money. You will have to purchase another license if you need to re-install this software. The people at Cyberscrub LLC are very UN-PROFESSIONAL and RUDE, which makes you think whether the program works or not. My Advice, look elsewhere at all costs, unless you have money to throw away!

Your right, they are rude and they do not answer emial support questions when confronted with issues they can fix. If your thinking of purchasing for internet privacy protection as they advertise, think twice. Better yet, try this. Down load and install the free trial of Cyberscrub. Run serveral searches with your internet browser usning multible search engines. Now run you free trial of Cyber scrup. After that runs, do a search using your free Google Desktop for using the same search names you did in your browswer. You just found out what you thought Cyberscub deleted from your computer actually didnt. I confronted Cyberscub with this issue, they sent me a patch that didnt work and they have not answered the last 5 emails i sent questioning them with this. Dont waste your money, CyberScrub does not work!!!!!!!!Believe it with your own eyes before you buy....

CyberScrub has been awarded a Dun & Bradstreet OpenRatings score of 94 out of 100 for outstanding customer service- no easy feat. It was recently listed in PC Magazine in "Best Utilities 2005". Resonable downloads are allowed, but due to piracy, users are not allowed unlimited downloads- that is what a back up CD is for. Our advice- download the trial and judge the product and service first hand. As for effectiveness- CyberScrub was the first 3rd party vendor to receive the VIA (the world's 3rd largest chip maker) Padlock Award.
