"A waste of time"

none dont waste your time, it only freezes when you open it.

Summary
Everytime you open up the program to do whatever, the software freezes up and to top it off, the actual video imige is super laggy, choppy and terrible motion blurry. The pre-installed version is the best out of them all. Dont waste your time.

Nice interface and functionality.

The "Dual Video" feature, which is why I want YouCam, will not work.
I've tried it on several PCs and opened "issue tickets" but the issue has been forwarded to "development".
I'm sure this must work for most folks. -

Summary
Unless you pay $30 for a couple months of tech support you can talk to nobody. I just wanted all the features of my legal and paid for cyberlink program to work and there is a activation issue. There is no number to call, not even for sales, and it is very apparent through thier email support system responses they could care less. That is if you get a response. If they made a good product don't you think they wouldn't be afraid to help thier customers?

Works well for the most part.
Cons
The security monitor will not come on at startup (in case of a reboot while on vacation). It also loses it's time setting each time the application closes. Therefor to use as a Security Camera, you must manually start the security part at each startup. Security sensitivy is very high no matter what the setting is. Can not use Security and Skype at the same time.
Summary
I bought a Logitech Orbitz AF. And the Logitech software that comes with is just horrible. But this and it is much better but not perfect.

I have a logitech pro 9000 webcam that I use for surveillance and youcam will not extinguish the red light on the webcam when recording. This has the potential to alert an intruder that the camera is recording. I have contacted YouCam techs about the problem previous to the latest upgrade but it appears to have been too difficult for them to address the problem. I'm currently using the logitech software.

Provides decent work for the built-in camera on my laptop. Records sound along with video as well! May be a little grainy for the cost.

May be a little grainy for the cost. The built-in camera is not being utilized fully. Sound can be captured too strongly! You can hear me breathe.
Summary
Mary, mother of God, Thank you for all your blessings. This program is not worth it in my honest opinion. For the price & cost you can go and buy a high quality camera that has better software! Luckily, my laptop already came with a high quality built-in camera and software!
