"What customer service???."
The PR for this product is great --- BUT
-- the customer support seems to be non-existant-- it is a joke! I had an initial problem and sent an email seeking assistance. Two days later, I received a response. When the voice over recording function would not work, I called the special service (which you purchase at $29.95 for two months) and sought help. AFter talking with two reps, with no results, I asked for the supervisor (somewhere in India). He sent an email asking for some info and I complied. Now three days later, I still have no response. The customer service is non-existant. Suggest you find another software, and check the customer service for the product before you buy. They tell a great story in their adsd, but they apparently do not believe customer service is important.
Wish I had purchsed another software. It may not have had all the bells and whistles of Power Director 10, but if the company had any customer service at all, that would be an improvement over Cyberlink service provided for Power Director.
