    "Product sucks almost as much as customer service"

    Summary

    I bough this Thursday night after reading numerous glowing reviews online. Today is Monday. Long story, short, the video and audio cannot sync. The first response from customer service shows they did not read my problem as they were addressing issues I had not described. The second reply reiterates the first. I am hoping I can get my money back as I have wasted a weekend on a project with Power Director I did in a matter of minutes in Movie Maker. It doesn't have all of the frills and isn't as pretty but it works.
