Version: CyberLink PowerDVD 9
"Product will not activate"
Pros: Worked great as a demo, until I made the mistake of actually purchasing it.
Cons: Do not purchase this product as it will not activate properly.
Summary: I legally purchased the product and downloaded the version they gave me a link for in email. I then attempted to activate the product doing a copy/paste with the supplied key contained in the same email. Received an activation error. I contacted their tech support via online form with problem and 12 hours later was given the same invalid activation key. Product will not activate, and will not run. Tech support is pretty much non-existent for this company.
