Summary
Unless you pay $30 for a couple months of tech support you can talk to nobody. I just wanted all the features of my legal and paid for cyberlink program to work and there is a activation issue. There is no number to call, not even for sales, and it is very apparent through thier email support system responses they could care less. That is if you get a response. If they made a good product don't you think they wouldn't be afraid to help thier customers?

More than twice as slow as the earlier 2.0 version with no better results. Labels that used to take 8 min. to print now take 18 min.
Summary
I would like to uninstall this and reinstall 2.0 if I can find it. 2 stars only because it does work...eventually.

did not always recognize DVD. False advertising. Advertise for one price, and cannot order product without having extension product added to it. Limited Templates for printing.
Summary
There seems to a limited selection for Labelflash out there, so it seems like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. After reading other reviews in regard to there product not being operable, once they download product. I think I will spend more money on a lightscribe burner. I have been burned enough by buying a product just to not have it work. Competition usually improves any product.

this is one of the few software programs that not only is compatable with windows 7 /64 bit but also supports lableflash , there is room for improvement with regard to the lack of template choice, but on the whole a good software package for the price

Cant get it to work. I have logged on to Cyberlink and downloaded 4 times but still have no Activation Code so I cant get into it!!

As soon as I can unlock the trial program I can give a full review.
