We apologize for the inconvenience however Unicode/UTF-8 is not supported in CuteFTP.
If you are running Windows 7, it is possible to change languages in programs that do not support Unicode. For more information on this, please visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Change-the-system-locale

Pros
Works best when many others failed. Has no problem uploading very large files, including native size photos directly from camera card.
Cons
Needs "simple view" interface for casual user. "Create new folder" icon should be standard with Windows Explorer. Should have "Upload this file again?" option while hovering over previously uploaded que.
Summary
Well worth the price in time saved, reliability and convenience.
