Bottom-line? My hard drive got fried...I had sooooo much music on my iphone that I didn't back up...included Amazon.com/Lala.com downloads and music I had burnt from friends...iTunes would not reverse-sync anything that wasn't purchased from iTunes Store...total ********! This software transferred it all w/o any issues. Only downside was the cost...but honestly, the cost of this software, which I probably only the ONE time saved me so much money...I was dreading having to go back and re-purchase everything...saved me soooo much money!

This is a rip-off and I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY wish I'd found this site before I bought this. It took me 20 minutes to figure out the bad documentation really wasn't my problem, lack of features and outright LIES.

Does not work as advertised, I could not get a refund, and the 'technical support' consisted of telling me repeated to reinstall the software. This is a complete crock.

None - this "product" provides no benefits over manually moving your iTunes library

Unstable application, does not move anything but the base music files, takes more time to install and use than a manual move

This application crashes repeatedly, it does not move any of the meta data (play count, rating, etc - as mentioned in a previous review - sorry i did not read that review before throwing my money away on Cucusoft), it is actually slower and less effective than manually copying all of your music files and the iTunes library and doing the transfer yourself. This application provides NO VALUE WHATSOEVER. Once i discoverd that this application did not actually work, I asked for a refund and was told Cucusoft does not offer refunds - I bet they don't - they would be out of business if they did because everyone would ask for their money back. Cucusoft is a total SCAM,. Do not throw your money down this drain.

It doesn't do what it claims it can do! No extra data files are transferred...only the original song information.

I specifically purchased this product because it claimed to transfer "date added", "ratings" and "playcount" information along with the music files (see link: http://www.itunes-to-itunes-transfer.com-http.com/backup-itunes-library-with-date-added-and-playlists.html). IT DOES NOT DO THIS!!!! When I contacted Cucusoft to ask why these files didn't transfer when I used the program, they simply replied, "We are sorry but the program just supports the original information of the files". This program doesn't do anything more than a simple new install and user authorization of itunes will do. A total waste of money!!!!
