  "Overstated, overpriced, unstable rubbish"

  Pros

  It sometimes converts - that's just about it.

  Cons

  Fails to live up to advertised promises.
  Junk
  Charging money for a dressed up free core program.
  Keeps converting my Matroska format widescreen movie into 4:3 aspect ratio.

  Summary

  In HD Only 3 aspect ratio presets. It has an 'Auto' but that just turned my widescreen into 4:3, even though I had selected 'Keep the same size' in the codec section.
  Resolution is not custom configurable - you can only use the presets.
  I have a widescreen movie in Matroska format but no matter what I did to convert it, it kept squeezing it into 4:3, whether I selected MP4 or XVID. A lot of other programs - including the free ones do this too. The reason is because they use the same core and just dress it up and expect you to pay for what is essentially a free program with different clothes added.
  
  I didn't bother with the DVD converter part.
  
  This is supposed to have edit tools too, but they are not there. It's a big con. Don't waste your time, life's too short as it is.

  "Just pray it works the first time you install it..."

  Version: Cucusoft Ultimate DVD + Video Converter Suite 8.3.8.3

  Pros

  Great conversion with a variety of options to convert to -PSP, iPod/iPhone/iPad,Apple TV, Zune and a host of many more.

  Cons

  I was unable to use the PAID version ($60 went down the drain), but the trial version worked flawlessly. The customer support is useless. Repeated attempts to contact them led to the allegation, "There is a virus in your machine. There is nothing wrong with out app".

  Summary

  I was a big proponent of the app and had moved from Videora to Cucusoft, but after paying for it, I was completely disappointed by their after sales service.
  
  I suppose it would be great once you get it to work.

  "Does not work all of the time"

  Pros

  When it works, it is nice software.

  Cons

  Sometimes does not work at all. Most of the time it hangs up during a conversion and simply stops = freezes.

  Summary

  No product support. The product is inconsistent. Recommendation: do not buy

  "Converts DVDs and movies to any portable device quickly"

  Version: Cucusoft Ultimate DVD + Video Converter Suite 8.3.8.3

  Pros

  Converts to Zune HD, Classic Zunes and all other portable quickly and easily.
  Now supports 64 bit machines
  Converts protected DVDs

  Cons

  Can be buggy sometimes - once in a very great while
  Instruction level could use some work (although the program is fairly intuitive)

  Summary

  Bottom line: I have several programs on my computer to convert file to my Zunes and Creative players but I keep going back to this one in the end. It just works and it works for everything from my phones to my Zune HD and the video quality is good enough to show on my HD tv.

  "Ipod converter suite."

  Pros

  I have gotten a few movies out of the program, that overall look just fine on my ipod.

  Cons

  I have spent too much time trying to get past the stupid error messages that are unresolvable.

  Summary

  I have wasted too much time trying to get it to work and definately not worth the "promo" price.
  I get error messages that I don't have the most current version (which I do), I get error messages that it can't read my disk, and my favorite is when I open up the program it immediately tells me it needs to shut down. If I try 15 times, start it up shut it down, and try again, it comes up with errors 14 of times and it might work once. If your a gambling type...this product is for you!
