"Product Works Great I Recommend Buying It"
Pros: I Don't Understand Why Clint Said Do Not Buy Because I Have Been Using This For Over 6 Months And It Works Great
I Have Converted Several avi Files To My Zune With No Problems

Pros: I had to reload this software on a new computer and it did not work.
I could not get the software to work and contacted support several times
and never got a response. WORST customer service and no help.
RIP OFF
Cons: The software seemed to work ok, at first. When tried to load on a new computer, did not work at all. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

NO Customer service. The progress bar wents to more than 115 or so
Always hangs on execution. I got the feeling that I was cheated with this bloody crap software. Friends don't buy this even its give a little bit quality than others.Summary: Everything. Pros: Very fast with exelent video quality.

"Has a big design flaw! Amateurish, overpriced rip-off!"
Pros: None that I can notice.
Cons: No padding or cropping tool. No automatic letterbox feature. No documentation or Help file.
