    "Program not working"

    Pros

    Nothing good wihout having the necessary support after paying up front

    Cons

    No support from Cucusoft emailed the support 3 times no reply and no support from share-it the company that I paid is pasing the buck telling me to contact Cucusoft..........Cucusoft has no contact phone number only email.....beware!!!

    Summary

    Program slows down my computer and stalls after cache completes a message states cache 100% complete but the program just sites there and I have to reboot to get my computer to work. I've paid my money and I'm not statisfied and no one at Cucusoft cares..............sorry I paid up front.
