    "fraudulent"

    they have a "free version" on download.com that points to their site where you can only download a trial of the professional version

    download.com should remove this company from their database

    Summary

    i don't trust products from companies that uses tricks and lie-ware.
    if they do this then there would have no problem including a trojan/spyware in their next update (that the software detects and installs directly from their website)
