"Appears Good"
Version: CrossLoop 1.02
Pros
It appears to be good but, since I have no one yet to share screens, I haven't really used it yet.
Cons
Hard to test because it won't connect for test.

"Simple and easy-to-use"
Version: CrossLoop 1.02
Pros
Quick, easy connections, and smooth screen sharing for remote assistance.
Cons
What's missing may actually be to its benefit. Skins let you change the look of the chunky, fisher-price-esque interface, but otherwise there is no fluff, nor advanced features, to complicate the use of this tool.

"Simple and easy to use"
Version: CrossLoop 1.01
Pros
This remote client is very light and compact. A very quick download and install will have you up and running in no time. The VNC technology that this product is built on is well respected and trusted in the computer industry.
Its performs very well with broadband connections and connects much more quickly than remote assistance and seems quicker in controlling a remote system.
Cons
Does not work with authenticating proxy servers as is common in large corporations. This limits the product to personal use for many.
