2. Simple interface.
3. Works through routers and firewalls.
4. Does not require any knowledge about networking to connect two computers over the internet.
5. One computer user can troubleshoot another computer.Cons
None from my user experience. However it is to be understood that a 256kb internet connection is desirable as the desktop image is relayed to another computer using the net.

"Very useful for many support problems"
Version: CrossLoop 2.71
Pros
Easy to install and use

They keep changing the crossloop.com homepage making it difficult to find where to download the software. Now you have to navigate to another page and scroll down to read some fine print about getting the free version. Too many version updates.

"Very useful support tool"

Fairly simple to use once you get it going. No interference from firewalls.
Cons
Too many product updates and website changes which make it difficult to guide someone you want to help to download and install the product.
Summary
Overall I have it a useful tool for customers who are far away. I wonder how much longer it will be free?

"Best support tool ever."
Version: CrossLoop 2.60
Pros
Easy to use and fast screen refreshes.
Cons
The initial hookup can be a little slow sometimes. No big deal.
Summary
I travel and my wife is... well... computer-challenged. CrossLoop is the perfect solution for me to remote into her system and lend a hand or even give a brief tutorial. No more frustrating calls trying to imagine what's on her screen without seeing it.
