"If you have AVG free 2012 crossfire will not play"

    January 28, 2012  |   By curt07

    Version: Cross Fire 1051

    Pros

I used to play Crossfire all the time even with AVG free 2012. And now AVG wont let the game start because it thinks its a virus. so i was told to put crossfire in the exceptions and the game still wont play. What can i do so i can play again.

    Cons

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with AVG off during installing, and the game still wont open up to play. I like crossfire but I don't know what I can do to get back into the game now?? help if any one knows.

    Summary

    same as above.

    "Out of date"

    September 10, 2011  |   By Ryuzhu

    Version: Cross Fire 1051

    Pros

    Nice gameplay
    small download
    thats about it...

    Cons

    A **** load of those....
Better games have replaced this... All the good ratings were submitted on download.cnet.com like what 2 ys ago? nyway, now u see 1 , 2 star ratings of this game...community of like 9 yr old dickheads?crycryers about pros...

    Summary

Continuation on the cons (theres so many lol)
noobs complaining theyre getting raped by pros...
(Note: pros in CF are really mediocre compared to other games)
Another reason why the game is bad is it so small( can be a good thing) but that means that theres no data for additional/enjoyable things that require space.
graphics are OK but so many games with better graphics.
    Sometimes unrealistic.
    Small community 500,000 players?
No regular updates and small amount of guns, accecories etc.
hackers not really a problem but is is just so unreal and im used to great graphics and Ok graphics are just no good enough for me...

A great game compared to crossfire is Combat Arms ( it exceeds all cf's pros and is the complete opposite to cf's cons) I'll list the top 5 things of combat arms:
    1.) 3.5 million players to cf's 500K
    2.) Amazing graphics
    3.)Anti-hackers (2011)
4.) More choices of EVERYTHING compared to CF's NOTHING
    5.)Freeeeee
    finally: FUN

    "Great and addictive game!"

    April 24, 2011  |   By Izualexe

    Version: Cross Fire 1051

    Pros

Lots of game modes including ghost most, mutation mode, escape mode, free for all and hero mode. Monthly updates, and a wide selection of weapons, and great graphics.

    Cons

Lots of hackers and you get owned by higher ranked players which is really unfair.
