  Summary: I just wanted to convey to you the experience I have had with your products and web site. First off, your site is tortures in the extreme. It is like navigating a maze by brail. The hoops that are required to even email your tech department are ridiculous. I finally found a phone number for support (long distance and not 800) but by that time, you were closed! Why do I need an account for email support? Oh, I know, just another way to discourage the customer (yes the one who pays your salary) from bothering the busy ants in their cubes! I was at your site trying to find a driver for a SB PCI64 to install the card. However, all you have is the update, which is completely worthless if you do not already have a driver in your system. Yes I no I could install from the CD but perhaps it is lost, scratched, damaged, etc. Who was the incompetent moron that came up with that system? I hope that they no longer work for you. Needless to say, updating the computer I built for a family member with your products as original equipment has been a nightmare. The new hard drive and USB went in fine but neither the Â?Modem Blaster Flash 56 PCIÂ? or the Â?Sound Blaster PCI64Â? have been much fun to deal with. I have it!!! I could just purchase another SB PCI64 care, use the CD to install, return the card to the store and let them absorb the cost of a now un-sellable product. Unfortunately I have to much integrity to stoop that low. In the future the research I do before purchasing a product will the goal of assuring that it is in know way designed by, manufactured by, affiliated with, of even contains parts by Creative!
