"Does not back up to mapped network drives"
Pros: probably good if you dont use mapped drives
Cons: does not support mapped network drives
Summary: Its almost as if they had to go out of their way to prevent this from working since windows explorer and pretty much every program I can think of treats mapped drives very similar to local drive ... who knows why they would do this. read more

Pros: Excellent software design! Clean user interface, yet gives you control over how backups are performed. Has several features that are superior to Carbonite, and doesn't drag down Windows Explorer like Carbonite does.
Cons: None that I've found.

"Easy to use file backup software."
Pros: Allows you to maintain control of your data.
Cons: Slow to release updates when the Java base code is updates due to security holes in the code.

Pros: Runs unobtrusively in the background; can follow progress instantly and with regular reports; customer service very responsive; data encrypted for storage; can save multiple versions; love having multiple options for recovery should it be necessary!
Cons: Wish they had some info on their site about being security certified by 3rd party firms.
