From CountersLab :From the developer: "This program displays various statistics about your Internet connection. Different settings and logs for different ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are supported. The program has the following editable counters: Connection period, Expenses for current session, Payment balance, System time and Counters of totals (time, money). There are a number of additional options: Possibility to use any number of tariffs that change depending on system time and day of week; Adjustment of colors of a background and fonts for the field of any counter; Autostart of the selected programs either before or after establishing connection; Sound support with a possibility to choose any .wav file for the selected event; Dial using IE dial-up dialog window and redial at break."
