Version: Corel Photo Album 6.0
"Does a very good job in many areas - one of the best out there"
Pros: Automatic or manual picture sorting. Can add picture keywords. A variety of transition effects. Excellent sound: foreground and background! Can do simulated picture frames. Very well done picture printing, using dozens of templates (this implementation sets the standard).
Cons: No pan/zoom in slide show mode, and mediocre pan/zoom otherwise. No Returns in multi-line EXIF picture description. Cannot update EXIF picture description. Very weak in picture captioning. Picture frames actually change your picture content - a bad thing. (See program PicViewPlus for a better way.)

"It is only free quality, not worth $45"
Pros: The software is fair, but there is no real selling point
Cons: Picasa might be better; definitely recommend trying DriveHQ Web Album Publisher. (photosharehq.com)

"PHONY CASE NO. COREL Versus JASC"
Pros: Format your PC then see what happens. Support is non existent. Better give your money to a charitable organization. I purchased twice two softwares and was told that the CD's will reach soon which never came. Because of a virus I had to format my disc but there's no tracking system there and neither does JASC have a support system,the reason being that Corel and JASC are having a battle Royale' for supremacy.
Cons: Dunno the cons as I couldn't use the softwares and was ripped off terribly. There's no way of Contacting JASC. If you contact Corel,they don't forward your emails to JASC. I suggest that you format your drive and then post your reviews. Corel's based in MUMBAI in India[Since the COREL CEO is an Indian]. Shifted from Canada, AND NOW TO HONKONG. One day you'll have to format your disk, and LO BEHOLD PAINT SHOP PRO will disappear and the refund period will have become time barred provided you can contact JASC. The best software which out beats JASC,COREL,ADCSEE , ADODE is the free FOTOFX,just above this corel.
