Pros
Simple to use, love the domain save feature. The quick connect is amazing. And the progress window is really helpful. The drag and drop feature is also another positive aspect of this program. I would recommend this program to anyone who uses FTP.

The directory refresh does not work properly.
MUST change dirs to to see any changes
GUI is undependable IE: at times you will find the directory window will go totally nutts and you will see repeating file names and then smeaing of the graphicsSummary
Very buggy and needs completion but is a great start
I was evaluating the basic version and will not go for the pro based on the present.
There is no way to report these bugs to the author via his website which is restricted from persons wanting to help by reporting these difficulties -

Setting up a connection access can be frustrating. Once it is set then it the issue is over.

I got this to replace the at home paid for program while on the road.I liked so well it has since replaced the yearly ask for money FTP.

You can spend a lot of bucks on another FTP program that works no better and perhaps worse Highly recommended!
Several reviewers have complained about the font size. This is readily customizable by right-clicking on the display area and selecting 'misc-font" or "font" depending on the area.
Emulates my previous FTP program so well that I hardly notice the difference - Except it's FREE
