only 20 bucks.
No necessary software downloads, but they offer a few other software programs for music, videos, recovery. i don't need that stuff, but if i did, i would definitely come back Copytrans.Cons

Summary
I got back a whole decades worth of my music that i had previously organized in i-tunes, I am so happy. I never write reviews, but am so damn happy to have all my music back and on my computer. My i-pod was cracked and broken and had been sitting in my center council(sp) for 4 years, i plugged it in, and was able to see everything and get it all back. Im so freakin happy. jumping for joy over here. Happy New Year.

I needed to back up my ipod on on my new computer without syncing to itunes first. I plugged my ipod into my computer fingers crossed and only copy trans opened up. So happy!
Cons
I wish there was a bundle with the copy doctor program for one price.

I didn't back up my hard drive and it crashed. Therefore the 700+ cds I loaded onto my ipod only existed on my ipod. I needed to get thme back in an iTunes library. A couple of clicks was all that was required to achieve it and it worked seamlessly

none. only used it once and it worked perfectly.

for $20 (£12) why would you try dping it yourself.

Download was fast and easy even for the computer challenged like me. Clear instructions and a great step by step tutorial, it even synced everything together so I didn't have to follow up with anything. It's also less expensive than other similar programs.
Cons
It would be nice if the multi program bundle could be customized to the programs each individual needs.

Easy to use with convenient instructions. Backed up two ipods with windows xp OS after hard drive crash... no problems. Flexible. Back up a few songs or the whole library. Back up to internal and external HD was easy. May have other functions. Did not use them. Saved thousands of songs for $14.99 (holiday discount). Easily worth $19.99.

"Itunes saver to the rescue"

Cannot say enough about this suite. My hard drive crashed and died; my back up was linked to that computer. I thought my ITunes was lost. Found out about this program and within 2 hours my ITunes was completely restored. The ease of use made it great for me and there are several programs in the suite to do different things. My experience from day 1 has been fantastic.
Cons
Don't have any.
Summary
I am a normal pc user, when I buy a program, I hope it will perform as stated. This program exceeded my expectations.
