Pros: I was skeptical, but went ahead and plunked down the $20 for this utility after my old laptop bit the dust. It quickly transferred my music into iTunes on the new computer and syncing was far less stressful. Nothing was lost.
Cons: A little pricey and costs more to transfer other files (like photos - tho there is a workaround for that) I feel $20 would be fair for an 'all-inclusive' price instead of just for the transfer of music files, but it does work as promised!
Summary: If you've got a new computer and a full iPod or iPhone - it's worth it not to lose any of your music.

"Awesome, no brainer software."
Pros: Customer service, customer service, customer service. CopyTrans worked like a dream and now iTunes is back up and working in less than an hour. It would have taken days without this software.
Cons: Retreaving the activation code caued me trouble.
Summary: There isn't reason not to buy this software. The price is very reasonable.
