"Error messages and corrupted my iTunes library"

While it was working, it did what it said. Detected all of the duplicates by album and gave me the opportunity to delete them.
Cons
After a while, it crashed. Once I restarted my computer, everytime i opened it, it gave me an 'unknown error' message. After downloading it several time, I still received the same error message. Then, when I went to open iTunes, the file was corrupted and all of my playlists and music were gone. I had over 20,000 songs and hundreds of playlists that I am going to have to go to the trouble to recreate now. I have a new computer with antivirus software, so I seriously doubt anything other than this product caused the issue.

One thing I do not like about iTunes is that:
**iTunes sux at identifying duplicate tracks**
I got tunetastic exactly for this reason. I needed a tool to help me identify all my iTunes duplicate songs and to quickly get rid of them. The program worked just as advertised. -

Easy to use and uncomplicated, yet powerful duplicate remover function. Best of all it's free.
Cons
I wish they work on releasing the artwork-finder function as soon as possible, as it says "Coming soon".
Summary
I have an average iTunes library and as an average iTunes user, I expect iTunes to be much more when it comes to finding duplicates. This program, on the other hand, works astonishingly precise in identifying my duplicates. I used to have more than 100 duplicate tracks but with iTunes I wasn't sure which one I should delete.
TuneTastic was polite enough to show me which track is the actual original and which one the duplicate which must be removed. I got rid of my dupes in no time.
All said and done, a professional duplicate remover tool providing ease of use and offered for free: content!
