    "Worthy iTunes replacer"

    helps me add music, playlists and apps on a regular basis to my iPod Touch

    not sure I find any - sleeker interface maybe?

    Summary

    This app is essential for anyone who knows what iTunes sync can cause. iTunes had wiped my iPod at least twice in the past (all music and apps included) for no apparent reason. Copytrans Manager, however, does what I would expect an iPod manager tool to do - adds whatever music I want to my device - whenever I want. It also deletes only songs I tell it to. I can also edit and add playlists and apps to my iPod.
