this is what i have always wanted iTunes to do. clean, quick and simple.
i'm really struggling now to see why itunes is so awkward and cumbersome when adding music to an iProduct can be this easy
If i ever hear another human being utter the words "actually i like itunes..." i shall slap them about the face with a wet fish whilst singing the "I love CopyTrans" song (copyright pending) -

Copytrans has a simple, user friendly interface without taking all control away and lets you control the naming, copying, album artwork and apps in a way apple will never be able to.

Like I said, I can't find anything wrong with this software.

Some people (very few people) like iTunes, that's fine, but to anyone who has an ios device but hates iTunes, this software does what you want and more plus its free!

"Awesome, simple substitute for iTunes on Windows"

I often think Apple does a crappy job on iTunes for Windows on purpose just to make iphone-owners switch to a Mac, because there can be no other explanation to why it's so difficult to do the simplest task of all: transferring music to my iphone. CTM is free (this feature, at least) and does this job in a very simple and efficient manner. I haven't opened iTunes in months!
Cons
Not a big deal, but just like with iTunes, it tends to be sensitive to multiple commands; if you push it too hard it might freeze and break down, but that's not very often
Summary
iTunes for Windows is one of the main reasons why I'm seriously considering not having an iphone as my next phone, but for as long as I own one, CTM will help me out along the way. Thanks, guys!

Does exactly what you wished all the other so called "programs" were supposed to do.Very good and I shall be using this instead of itunes from now on,since iTunes is just a pain in the ass!

The interface is lacking in bright visuals but who really gives a crap its free and does exactly what you want it to do?!

Recommended to all my friends who shared my hatred for Itunes.This reliable and won't want to make you rip you hair out(if you have any)

After trying a lot of supposed itunes alternatives that either do not work at all to add tracks to an iphone, or only support older versions, I was happy to find a program that actually fully supports adding and deleting songs to an iphone.
