    "YES! I thought I had lost my music!"

    Pros

    Recovered all the music from my iPod after I (my husband to be more precise) had accidentally deleted them.
    Easy to use but above all very reassuring support team! They answered remarkably quickly and clearly to my completely stressed out email :-)

    Can't think of any

    Summary

    Great software, does exactly what it says it does. Well worth my money as it was a real life saver.
