"Product worked but the billing is a nightmare!!"
Product worked after the second download. Was able to successfully reload my music files from a backup after a crash.
The first download didn't complete. When I attempted the download again it worked successfully. However, it generated two charges on my credit card. I protested the second with my CitiCard successfully. Six months later I got charged a second time, on both! No Email notification, no explanation. I am protesting both charges since I did not sign up for annual fees, especially not twice on the same day. I tried contacting "support." I get replies back from CandySoft at 1:00 am. That tells you they are overseas. They are a joke. The Emails ask for your order number. If they don't have an order number, why are they charging my card in my name? They ask for an Email address. On three replies, I pointed to my address in the header and once wrote it in the body. It must be an automated reply since they don't actually interact with you or read what you wrote.
Once they get your credit card data they will just keep charging you. They also have changed their name several times indicating a company in trouble. Avoid these people. There must be better answers out there
