It let you generate very impressive slideshow. Especially the 3D feature is an eye-opener.
Cons
Unfortunately it is available for Joomla 1.5 only. Too bad I'm using 1.0.

Pros
Really a fantastic plug-in, and works beautifully! Really help when you are on a picture sites, and especially when searching google...no more need to click one page at a time, PicLens loads all the images in the search criteria.
