Pros: It works and it converted pdf to jpeg file.
Cons: none at the present
Summary: I needed a converter to convert pdf files created by my word processor
to a jpeg file to be edited in another program and be used in my web site

Pros: Lite weight
Cons: PDF to TXT don't work, slideshow don't work
Summary: I tried to save a 99% text pdf file to text. The resulting text file is empty - no error. Also tried to run the slide show, it doesn't do anything except maximizing the app to screen size. Then, if you hit escape, the whole app died. Yes, Acroreader ... read more

"PDF to JPG, worked like a charm"
Pros: Did what I needed it to do in no time at all
Cons: converts the file into whatever size it is when you are looking at it, just had to zoom in on my file and then save as jpg and worked superbly
Summary: Does what is says it will do, for me at least, and no watermark and it's free. read more

"Native support for Windows XP or higher."
Pros: The software works with virtually all Microsoft Windows operating systems. A required component by the software is GDIPLUS.DLL, which should be already shipped in Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, and Windows 7.
Cons: For Windows 98, you have to download a GDIPLUS.DLL file and copy this file to your C:\Windows folder before you launch Cool PDF Reader. GDIPLUS.DLL can be acquired online from Microsoft KB957096 free of charge.
