Version: Cool MP3 Splitter 2.0
"Works OK but the budget price will cost you time"
Pros: Does what it's supposed to, no more.
Cons: No waveform graphics - you have to listen to the file to find your breakpoints. For $15 more, you can get another product that will save you hours.

"Buyers beware - no product support."
Pros: Great program when it works.
Cons: I switched pc's and had to reload software. My registration information does not work. Yaosoft will not respond and Regsoft keeps passing me back to Yaosoft. I have sent multiple emails for over one month, with no solution or help.

"Do NOT Buy This! Paid for this and got ZIP"
Pros: I liked the trial version so I paid for it through PayPal. That's the last I heard of them.
Cons: Never got the full version or the key/code through email as promised. After 3 calls to the sales company and numerous emails I am about to file for a refund from PayPal! What a freaking hassle! Don't bother, it's not worth it!

Version: Cool MP3 Splitter 2.0
Pros: the breakpoint feature is great, perfect for splitting jobs where different times between splits are needed.
Cons: the trial only allows 3 breakpoints total for the breakpoint feature, which doesn't make me want to buy the product at all. Also, the time feature doesn't work at all. Maybe it was just my computer but it refused to make new files when using this feature.
