"Best I have tried good graphics and sound fast and easy"
Pros: Very straight forward to use very good picture and sound use sith dule core no flicker just straight movies
Cons: Had a problem misunderstood about reinstalling could not contact customer support at first that has been sorted out very pleased can advise it for anyone wanting to watch DVD movies

"A DVD player that supports HDTV, dual core decoding and things like that."
Pros: The support for dual core CPU brings high definition image.

Pros: Pretty good player with powerful functions. The widescreen makes me feel like I am in a cinema.It's good.

"Lousy customer service, decent product"
Pros: Player works fine if something does not go wrong and you need customer service
Cons: I downloaded and paid for this software over a wireless network. Then a month later it told me that I needed to buy it again. I tried to go through their customer service to get the problem solved. They said that they guaranteed that it would work. It still does not work and they are refusing to answer any of my emails. And they are refusing to refund my money even after they said that they guaranteed that the product would work on my computer. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Their customer service is lousy.
