When I went to purchase the program I was met with kind of sleazy cash-grab marketing. I will look elsewhere. Too bad, a nice product.

Summary
Not only does the product work well and is competitively priced, the company seems to go out of their way to help. After buying the converter I realised right away that I really would have liked the whole Video Suite insread and they gave me a credit without aby fuss. Good job, Movavi !!

There was a Virus found in the Movavai Video Converter. I would not download this product if I were you, unless you would like to have your computer infected with a virus. (Please see the above file path I have copied & pasted so you will know I am not making this up). Just wanted you to know that the virus that was found is a Trojan.Bagle. I would NOT recommend The Movavi Video Converter.

Thank you! I LOVE IT! I do a lot of my own home videos and have run into
countless problems with file incompatibility. This makes it easy to work
around those problems. The price is right, too -- there were a lot of other converters that cost more but didn't handle as many formats.

Simple to use overall, many useful conversion options, very dedicated and personal tech support and problem resolution -- -- make sure you get version 6.2 or above, as there are some critical bug fixes included.
Cons
needs a more comprehensive "help" library to guide the use of more obscure options, for people less familiar with codecs and frame settings etc.

"It did not work for me"

I bought the software and I never got it working on my computer. After the first exchange of e-mails with the technical support (I described the problem and provided them with the files they requested) I never heard back from them.

Pros
I tried this program for one reason. To convert AVI video files to MPEG video or movie files. This program did a great job of it. It's fast, easy to use and does a very easy to use and does a nice conversion.
Cons
I wish it were a free program because I don't do enough of this to invest.

Easy to use, very good quality conversions, has a very professional feel about it. I tried loads of these converter programs this was the best so I bought it.

"30 % converted file does not work; Also is not enough to eval the application."

Cons
30% does not work correctly. I used a 1.2g file which should of gave me at least 360 meg file. I used the convert and join. Both cases gave me a zero result.
