Version: Convert XLS to PDF For Excel 3.5
"Fast and easy to use, recommended for everyone"
Pros: This is one of the best available products for converting Excel documents into pdf files. The Excel file does not require process from an alternate program to be converted; the pdf file can be created by simply clicking "save as pdf" from the Excel toolbar. What is additionally nice about this software is that, unlike most pdf conversion tools, it does not require a postscript or ghostscript interpreter to view the pdf files. The pdf file is simply viewed with any pdf viewer. I even praise the trial version, as unlike most trial editions you can use the software 30 times to see if you like before buying it. Some publishers only allow a fixed limited time frame, such as 7 days before the trial version expires. A 30 time trial means you can evaluate the software on your own time, rather than feeling pressured to use it before time runs out. All in all if your looking for a quick user friendly pdf conversion tool this is the one to use.
Cons: The only con about this product is that it can only convert Excel files to pdf. I would like to see software of this quality that can convert any Office product (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), all in one package. Of course, user friendly software that offers this functionality will certainly be priced higher.
