Pros
Installs and runs quickly. Rips cd audio very quickly and automatically gets album info from cddb so you can easily name files. Trial version will rip complete tracks. Very quick and simple, clean and easy to use interface.
Cons
Doesn't offer enough options and customizations. Trial version only converts 5 songs at a time, so requires a few cycles to get a full album ripped.

Fast conversion ... when it worked. Easy to understand UI.
Cons
Could never get the 'right click' working, even after uninstall/re-install and working with their tech support staff. Very cryptic error messages, some unexplained by their tech staff. There is a 404 on the website for the 'Update' feature. The 'Refund Policy' on the website is "Coming Soon". No drag & drop support to move files to the converter.

discreet, not too flashy, does its job quickly, and in the backgroud if you desire. Love the shell incorperation.
