  it does control spam

  it's not really free.

  Summary

  You are extremelly limited on what you can do with a free account. The paid accoiunt is too expensive and only worth it if you expect to create multiple forms monthly.
  
  My recommendation, find out if your web-hosting plan has php. I just found out mine does.
