  Summary: You do NOT contrary to stated, require visual basic 6 to be installed unless you want the source code.
  
  YOU MUST DOWNLOAD ALL 3 FILES!!!
  Below "Download Now" it says
  "More Download links". Click on this and download these links
  otherwise it will not work!
  You need datadatebycliffhulcoop, datadatebycliffhulcoop2 and datadatebycliffhulcoop3 all with .exe on the end for it to work.

  I am currently updating it and a new version will appear soon. If you only downloaded one of the 3 parts it will not work. On the website is a link for just the vb source code.
  
  I am sorry some have had problems esp as it is not obvious you need all 3 links. I would have hoped download.com would have made this obvious, but sadly they did not.
