Detects almost all types of viruses, keeps ur pc safe.
Better than any other free anti virus program like avast or avg.Cons
Don't know much but it uses much resource of CPU to scan and sometimes blocks the clean software.

Easy to understand interface, enough options to keep you in control, and not a bunch of meaningless stuff to an average user.

Seriously, like two hours of program updates and signature updates before we were up and running for real, and I'm not talking dial up.
Summary
AV products are difficult to review, because if they suck, you don't know, and if they're effective, you only know after they cleaned up after some other AV product that sucked, and you're not sure if it cleaned up everything.
Comodo found nine items, including two rootkit items that my previous AV never told me about. (one of the free "A's") I love the control I have over the program's behavior.
I personally think it's prudent to change, or at least scan with a different scanner from time to time, the AV product. Comodo seems top of the line. -

Its a combo Antivirus, Firewall and Defender package that keeps you safe and secure from all online threats! I didn't think it was working till I downloaded a theme from a secure,(or so I thought!)website. Before the files hit the folder, I was alerted to spyware!
I clicked clean and they were gone! I used to be a Avaste/ZoneAlarm person. ZA crashed old old laptop, and Avaste just shuts down when their software needs updating.
I'm running Windows 7 on a Duo Core w/ 4 GB's of ram and a 160GB HD.
I have 2 other systems that I paid for the Comodo on, this one I got the free system. There is not that much of a difference, that a person can notice.Cons

Summary
Its a top notch system, the download is rather big, but it installs quickly and cleanly.Its not superlight, resource wise, but neither is it a hog!
1 software suite to handle the AV, Firewwall, and a General Defender, whats not to like!!!! It isn't overbear, it looks good and is very well laid out!
If you want a all in one System thats in a class all its own, Look no further than to Comodo Internet Security Premium! You'll be glad you did! -

Firewall is excellent I have it on all my PC and have never had anything get through that could do any harm.
Anti Virus works well with all the usual features and integrates nicely with the firewall.
I also use Comodo web browser a lot of the time.Cons
It loses a star because the system scan takes forever, this also means that you are unlikely to bother doing it often.
When I did a scan after a year or so it found one infected file. This is good but if scans didn't take so long I would have found it earlier.Summary
Excellent free software, shame the scans aren't a bit faster.

looks like it does everything it suppose to do but when you go on line it does not protect like you would think, I had the product for three days and got a virus on the fourth day buy going to a website that comodo said was safe.
