    "Product seems to perform but support?"

    Pros

    Stops spam at the door and is easy to set up.

    Cons

    Went to activate and the key they sent came up expired. Emailed support and their answer was they can't resolve this and will submit it to the development team for a future release. Tried calling support and sat on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. Apparently support just doesn't exist!
