This program is very simple to use: point to a pixel (you get a nice preview of the pixel to which you're pointing in the Color Capture window) and press Ctrl-Enter to get the HTML (hex) color value of the pixel. Want RGB? Then convert the HTML values from hex to decimal. Don't know how to do that? Then use a different program. I think ColorDetector displays RGB.
It is very portable, only one file. There are no libraries or installation, just run the EXE and you're grabbing pixel colors.
Color Capture does not display RGB values. Sure, you can simply convert the hexadecimal values to decimal; but that's a better argument for why it should be included in the program - it's a simple conversion.
I also don't like the size of the program. It's too big! After unzipping the file, it is 483 KB. I know 483 KB is not very large when you're putting it on a 2 GB flash drive (small by today's comparisons); but I'd like to see this functionality in less space than half-a-megabyte.

After reading the review from boaz_s, I poked around in the color palette and found that Color Capture _does_ display RGB values. First, select a color with CTRL-ENTER. Next, click the "color palette" button (top-right of the ColorCapture window). Then, click the "Define Custom Colors" button. The values displayed for red, green, and blue are the values for the color you have captured.
Thank you, boaz_s.
The color is displayed, but nothing is shown in the panels for RGB and HTML code.

I see your issue; while moving the pointer all around the screen, the color of the pixel under the pointer is displayed in the color box on the bottom-right of the window. Your problem is not the program, it's that the instructions are in another language. Do you see the "Ctrl-Invio" in the middle of the Color Capture window? It appears to be Italian. After trying a couple of keys (first "Insert", then "Shift", and finally "Enter") I discovered that pressing "Ctrl-Enter" while hovering over a pixel will load the Delphi and HTML (hex value) color. This is a great, easy, and portable program; but it could be smaller. See my review for more.
No need to install the prgram.
1. Can't see the RGB color immediately only if you click the color palette icon.
2. it's take time to understand the you need to click ctrl+enter to Capture the color. Insted ( CTRL + INVIO ) present (CTRL + ENTER ).
