"Fantastically simple in use & deployment Outlook addon"
Pros: Uncaps group work between multiple Outlook like exchange, fairly priced
Cons: no I suppose

Version: CodeTwo Public Folders 4.1.2
Pros: I can share all Outlook without Exchange server in real-time and this software doesn't send emails to sync the data!
Cons: The same as Alpha_3 wrote in his comment, security mechanism desn't allow sharing data over the Internet.
Summary: Slick application that shares all outlook items with no server, smoothly and seamlessly merges with outlook, I can sync my laptop with desktop to work on data at home. read more

"Exactly what I was looking for"
Pros: I don?t need to buy Exchange to share contacts folders and have company address book.
Cons: Unfortunately, the sharing of data over the Internet is not fully supported.
