CocoPPa is an app that lets you customize the icons and wallpapers on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Its aesthetic is kawaii -- the cute-centric Japanese style that's been taking the world by storm -- so download accordingly. If your main complaint about your device's interface is that it's not adorable enough, this is the app for you.

CocoPPa lets you browse its content without an account, but if you want to download, you'll need to either sign up with your e-mail address or log in with your Facebook, Twitter, or Tencent Weibo information.
