  Pros

  We use Club Membership System for our facility are pleased with it. We now have over 2,600 members, and Club Membership System has been indispensable in helping us store and organize member information, track facility use, and report fees received as we've grown.

  Key features of Club Membership System for us:

  -Records member information like date of birth, type of membership and emergency contact details

  -Allows networked computers to register members as well as record transactions and member entry

  -Takes and stores member's photo from a webcam

  -Allows customizing flags for members (skill level, notices and warnings)

  -Provides an intuitive interface that helps employees quickly learning how to use

  -Creates custom membership cards including the member's photo and barcode

  -Utilizes a barcode scanner to scan member's id cards and passes

  -Creates various pass types and tracks usage

  -Logs transactions such as payment of membership fees, facility use fees, discounts given

  -Reports member statistics (number, usage, fees received) for print as well as export to .csv

  -Prints to a card printer

  Cons

  -No built-in backup system (although instructions are included on how to backup the database and related files)

  -Card and Pass designs are not customized in a WYSIWYG editor

  -Member notes are stored as text files and not in database (although reports do show member notes)
