"Not what I was looking for"

Simple, clean interface

Not customizable enough
Summary
We're not a 'call center' or a 'help desk' which this software seems to be geared towards. We have certain specific needs regarding our customers product support which I beleive will be hard to find in an off-the-shelf product.
So, in conclusion, this may be good software, it just isn't what we're looking for.
