    Version: Clipboard Buddy 1.0

    "Forced to uninstall"

by Janell on April 12, 2005

Pros: It's really useful in the everyday copy-paste lifestyle and I am going to miss it a lot but...

Cons: can't cope with the "win32 error needs to close" it causes every two days. It closes itself and loses every data stored in the board. I used to have it on two computers and failed in each one. Needs work.

    "Wont paste Word clips"

    Pros: -

Cons: If you copy anything from MS Word that contains graphics, it just pastes back the text.

    "Not Reliable and awkward"

    by Dave700 on August 7, 2005

Cons: 1. It doesn't work with all applications

    2. It has a small window where you cant see all the clips - you have to scroll

3 It doesn't paste back the clip - it just reloads the Windows clipboard and you have to use Edit Paste menu to get it which makes the whole thing a bit long winded.

    Version: Clipboard Buddy 1.0

    "Small and unobtrusive"

by ScottSF on February 18, 2005

Pros: It works as advertised and is a simple but effective tool for overcoming the built-in Windows Clipboard limitation of only storing one item at a time. I like how Clipboard Buddy docks itself on the side of your screen, staying out of the way until you need it. The save feature lets you maintain a list of commonly used clipboard items.

Cons: I ran into a few odd bugs/problems under Windows XP. One particularly annoying one was that everytime I clicked on an item in my clipboard list, Clipboard Buddy added a new blank image to the Clipboard. Very strange!

    "An absolute MUST HAVE appn."

by rowal on June 5, 2006

Pros: The ability to store up to 100 items makes this one of the most used items on my taskbar and is invaluable for recording multiple numbers and details while trading. It can also copy images and anything you can highlight. Ideal for keeping a record of anything you use continually, simply highlight on Clipboard Buddy and paste wherever you wish. AAAA+++
